There is currently no trading platform for our interests. We estimate holding the collections for, on average, one to ten years. We may design an interface on the Vint Platform to enable investors to indicate interest in buying/selling their holdings to help facilitate additional liquidity for investors. However, no such interface has been developed and would require the assistance of a third-party broker-dealer or the association with an ATS. Any trading platform would be subject to approval and all trades would be subject to restrictions under state and federal securities law and the transfer restrictions included in our operating agreement, which may limit access to the trading platform for some investors. Additionally, the operations of the trading platform will be subject to state and federal securities law and regulation, which will increase the costs to the Manager for the operation of the trading platform.
