A Right Bank Bordeaux Icon
Cheval Blanc is Saint-Emilion's most sought-after wine as measured by user searches on Wine-Searcher and the second place Right Bank wine searched, only behind Petrus. This global brand power led it to be purchased by Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton (LVMH) in 2011 as an addition to their portfolio, which includes Krug, Château d'Yquem, and Dom Perignon, among others.
Three 100-Point Wines & Pristine Provenance
This collection features the 2015, 2016, and 2019 vintages of Cheval Blanc, all of which were awarded 100 points by Robert Parker's Wine Advocate. In addition to high scores, each wine received glowing reviews. The 2015 wine was described as the "Right Bank wine of the vintage and close to perfection" by Decanter. The 2016 was described in the Wine Advocate as "having jaw-dropping elegance and depth" and "an extraordinary array of mineral sparks." And, not to be outdone, the 2019 was heralded by the Wine Advocate as "one of the unequivocally great wines of the vintage."

From winning its first medal at the 1862 Universal Exhibition in London to being a prized possession of Paul Giamatti in the famed movie "Sideways", Château Cheval Blanc has been among the most respected producers in Bordeaux for centuries. The château was one of only two producers to receive the top Premier Grand Cru Classe A ranking in the original 1955 Saint-Emilion classification and is widely regarded as the top wine from the commune. Not resting on their laurels, Cheval Blanc constructed a new state-of-the-art winery in 2011 that allows the grapes from each of the Chateau's distinct parcels of vines to be vinified separately, which has further increased the level of winemaking precision and has resulted in corresponding enhancement in quality. Unwavering attention to detail in the winery and excellent vintage conditions have resulted in the production of three perfect 100-point wines over the last seven vintages, all of which are included in this collection. We acquired these wines in their original wooden cases (OWC) directly from Bordeaux. Investors highly value OWCs as they demonstrate pristine provenance since the wooden boxes are only available from châteaux directly. Adding to the provenance assurance offered by the OWC, the fact that these wines were purchased directly from negociants in Bordeaux means that the wines featured in this collection have never left Bordeaux and have been stored in optimal conditions. In addition to the quality, provenance, and pristine condition, another important facet of this collection is that these three vintages currently offer investors a favorable entry price. Based on the market prices of past high-scoring Cheval Blanc and increased scarcity driven by strong consumer demand for 100-point wines, this collection has multiple potential catalysts for price appreciation. This impact may already be taking hold, as these vintages are up a combined 24.28% over the past 12 months, outperforming the Liv-ex Bordeaux 500, which is up 10.10%, by more than 14% over that time. Bordeaux has been a cornerstone of wine investment portfolios for decades, and the opportunity to add multiple vintages from one of the top producers in the region is one we are proud to offer. The combination of global brand recognition, 100-point scores, pristine provenance, and relative value uniquely positions the Cheval Blanc 100-Point Collection, even among other Vint Bordeaux offerings, as a chance to partake in a collection with multiple potential value-driving catalysts.
